Legal Manager

Job Summary To undertake primarily mergers & acquisitions (both public & private), capital markets (pre-IPO, IPO, RTO, rights & warrants issue, placement, corporate actions and regulatory compliance), private equity, China-related transactions, general corporate and corporate secretarial work (for both listed and private limited companies). Candidates with strong Chinese language skills and prior experience in the aforesaid practice areas will be advantageous. To handle mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, China-related transactions, general corporate, and corporate secretarial work for listed and private companies. Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in Chinese language to facilitate China-related transactions and client interactions Prior experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, and corporate secretarial work.
