An established MNC, which is a global provider of medical technologies, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of order fulfilment from order receipt to invoicing
- Ensure orders are accurately entered into SAP
- Manage and review and backlog and shipment matters and update customers in a timely manner
- Respond in a timely and professional manner to customers inquires and feedback/complaints; help to resolve and manage and order issues
- Work with internal stakeholders from other departments to support the timely delivery of products to customers
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Order fulfilment; preferably with APAC exposure
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good working knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
