Senior Project Manager – Warehouse Space Planning (3PL)

Employment: Permanent Location: Changi South Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Salary: S$8,000 – S$9,000/month Key Responsibilities
- Develop short, mid and long-term warehouse real estate and space planning strategies.
- Manage site sourcing, space utilisation, lease renewals and warehouse relocation/migration.
- Prepare business cases and coordinate tenancy matters with property agents, Legal and internal stakeholders.
- Support new warehouse/building projects, Built-to-Suit (BTS), A&A works and property handovers.
- Conduct regular space planning reviews based on current and future operational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
- Relevant experience in industrial/warehouse real estate, space planning, lease management, warehouse relocation or property projects will be advantageous.
