Job Summary Manage full set accounting tasks independently for a private limited company, handling daily invoicing, cash management, accounts receivable follow-up, and year-end financial closing. Responsibilities Operate MYOB accounting software to maintain accurate financial records Independently manage full set accounting for a private limited company with annual turnover below 1 million Issue daily sales invoices to ensure timely revenue recording Manage petty cash transactions to maintain accurate cash flow records Follow up on accounts receivable to optimize cash collection and reduce outstanding debts Perform year-end closing activities including bank and account reconciliation, preparing adjusting entries, resetting temporary accounts, and generating financial statements
