Team Leader Engineer (Procurement & Tendering ) Civil OR Arch

Lead cost estimation for Civil, Architectural, and MEP works.

Prepare BOQs, budgets, and tender submissions aligned with market conditions.

Lead procurement activities and support supplier & subcontractor selection.

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value and cost efficiency.

Monitor market prices, materials, and industry trends.

Identify and proactively control cost risks.

Oversee procurement cycle from specifications to awarding phase.

Work on projects including malls, villas, and high-end finishing.

More than 10 years of experience in Estimation & Procurement within the construction field.

Strong experience in malls, villas, and finishing projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering Only.

Solid knowledge of contracts, vendors, procurement process, and cost control.

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
