-NEW- 11 Months Workstream Project Manager/Senior Analyst (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned project workstreams, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. ·       Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions to drive project activities, resolve issues, and ensure milestones are delivered on schedule. ·       Monitor workstream progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, proactively escalating potential delays and implementing mitigation plans where required. ·       Track and manage inter-workstream dependencies to ensure alignment across the overall programme and minimize delivery risks. ·       Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and progress updates for key stakeholders and programme leadership. ·       Facilitate project meetings, workstream discussions, and stakeholder workshops, ensuring clear communication, timely decision-making, and follow-up on agreed actions. ·       Assess the impact of scope changes, coordinate change requests, and ensure changes are documented, reviewed, and implemented in accordance with project governance. ·       Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. ·       Collaborate with programme managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to support successful programme delivery. ·       Support programme governance activities and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery standards. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 7 years of relevant experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
