- Perform structural calculations and analysis for aluminum systems, considering applied loads, wind loads, and other design forces.
- Select and optimize aluminum profiles based on structural requirements and project specifications.
- Design structural connections, brackets, and fixing systems, and prepare detailed connection drawings.
- Prepare structural calculation reports and technical documentation for project submissions.
- Develop structural design sheets and details to support design, estimation, and technical office teams.
- Analyze and review structural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Perform structural verification of aluminum and glass components in accordance with applicable international codes.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of structural solutions.
- Review design modifications and change orders and assess their impact on structural integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably within the aluminum façade, curtain wall, or steel industries.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum structural systems and profile selection.
- Practical experience in structural calculations, analysis, and connection design.
- Good understanding of international structural design codes and glass design standards.
- Ability to prepare and review structural drawings and calculation reports.
- Proficiency in relevant structural engineering and design software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
