Lead
- Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Drive productivity, quality, cost reduction, and safety improvements.
- Facilitate improvement projects and Kaizen workshops.
- Coach and train employees on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.
- Lead 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, and waste reduction activities.
- Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to improve plant performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field. Experience leading Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools. Strong project management, coaching, and communication skills. Good command of English.
