We're looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on Operations Manager to join our growing fashion brand!

What You'll Be Doing
- Keep things running smoothly: Oversee daily operations across our e-commerce platform, warehouse and retail outlets.
- Manage inventory & logistics: Coordinate order fulfilment, stock movements, deliveries and inventory management.
- Support our people: Plan staff schedules, coordinate manpower and ensure smooth retail operations.
- Work with our partners: Liaise with suppliers, factories, couriers and other external parties.
- Be part of the action: Support exciting product launches, photoshoots, livestreams and promotional events.
- Make things better: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, solve operational challenges and support business growth.
Who We're Looking For
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently.
- Comfortable with both administrative and hands-on operational tasks.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, fashion or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
