System Analyst (Electronics MFG/ East Area)

Responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and support of ERP systems and business applications.

Manage daily ERP and application operations, including user access, role assignments, system configuration, and data migration.

Lead or support end-to-end software implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and operational reports.

Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Prefer 3 years’ experience in system administration, ERP support, or application management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, including Accounting (GL, AP/AR),Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience in project management and software implementation is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities; resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
