Group & Event Intern

What you'll do Support the coordination and administration of group bookings, meetings, private events, and social occasions from inquiry to execution.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, function sheets, and other event-related documentation.

Coordinate with operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Kitchen, to ensure seamless event execution.

Help manage event calendars, booking systems, and client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Support site inspections and client meetings, providing a professional and welcoming experience to prospective guests.

Assist in responding to event inquiries and follow up with clients throughout the planning process.

Support the execution of events on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction and attention to detail throughout the event journey.

Monitor guest feedback after events and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the guest experience.

Stay informed about hospitality trends, event concepts, and local market opportunities.

Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Events team across various projects and daily activities, adapting to evolving business needs.

What you bring to the table Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in hospitality, events, luxury lifestyle, and guest experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of hotel PMS or event management systems is considered a plus.

Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
