Logistics Planner and Team Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Plan next-day and weekly delivery schedules Monitor live fleet movements via GPS and manage delivery progress Identify and resolve delays, route issues and operational disruptions Control operational costs, storage/demurrage charges and billable items Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance and incidents Brief and supervise drivers and delivery assistants Handle customer queries, complaints and service issues Ensure accurate job records for billing and audit purposes Requirements Prior supervisory/team lead experience Class 3 or 4 Singapore driving licence Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and leadership abilities GPS fleet tracking experience is an advantage Celine Chua | EA Reg No. R26161036 | EA License No. 05C3451
