Core Job Responsibilities
- EHS Strategy, Leadership & Governance
- Develop and execute the site EHS strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and budget in alignment with Global EHS strategy, sustainability goals, and Together Towards Zero initiatives.
- Lead and manage the EHS team to ensure legal compliance, achievement of EHS objectives, and smooth plant operations.

- At least 10 year in EHS management experience with proven experience in managing manufacturing environment with +50 employees (safety in production environments with engineering exposure)
- Environmental (water, emissions...) and fire fighting experience with local government and departments.
- Positive attitude to work and challenges. Important to fit a Global company, with multiple layers of requirements...
