Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare food as according to order request
• Take order from customers
• Responsible for supervising restaurant's operation and ensuring the performance of cleaning programs and activities is fully implemented and measured
• Manage procurement of goods
• Ensure smooth operation
• Able to standby and perform subordinate's task in the event where they are absent for work
• Must be able to work weekend and public holiday shift
• Must be able to OT and work night shifts
