WE ARE SEEKING AN EAGER, MOTIVATED CONSULTANT CUM MANAGEMENT TRAINEE TO JOINOUR GROWING ORGANIZATION.

In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management team under direction of experienced personnel.

The ideal candidates will be open to learning new things , take chances and interested in learning every aspect of running the business.

Responsibilities:

undergo intensive on-the-job training

responsible for operating discipline which include profitability , personnel management , inventory controls and customers service

responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators which include of financial results, service level and customer service management

ensure effective service by provide training to staff in products knowledge and promoting a service culture in the store

Requirements:

with min a Diploma in any field

posses passion and interest in BEAUTY & RETAIL industry

effective communication skills to liaise with clients & team members

with min 1 year of retail / sales / service experience ( part time included) will be an advantage

be willing to work on retail schedule
