Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods. Lead and coordinate a team of full-time and part-time warehouse staff. Plan and organize workflows to meet operational timelines and priorities. Ensure incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, and sorted. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that complies with safety regulations. Ensure all items are stored in an orderly manner based on frequency of use and accessibility. Train new and existing staff on store procedures and operational standards. Oversee and participate in stocktaking and audit activities. Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate logistics and resolve discrepancies. Provide coaching and support to team members, and recommend relevant training where needed. Perform driving duties for heavy scheduled deliveries as and when required. Cover duties of absent staff or assist during operational peak periods when needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure good working condition and compliance.
