TCM Physician / 中医师 (Jurong/Tampines)

Job Description

Provide professional TCM consultations, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Perform TCM treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, tuina, and other appropriate therapies . Prescribe Chinese herbal medicine according to patients’ conditions and treatment needs. Monitor patients’ treatment progress and provide appropriate follow-up care. Maintain accurate and complete patient consultation and treatment records. Provide professional advice on TCM wellness, health management, and preventive care. Build good relationships with patients and maintain high standards of patient care and service. Work closely with therapists, outlet staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations. Ensure all treatments and practices comply with TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB) requirements and relevant Singapore regulations. Support clinic activities, patient education, and other duties assigned by management. 为顾客提供专业的中医问诊，包括体质评估、辨证诊断及制定合适的治疗方案。 根据顾客情况提供 针灸、拔罐、艾灸、推拿等中医治疗 。 根据顾客的身体状况及治疗需要，提供中药处方及相关专业建议。 定期跟进顾客的治疗进展，并根据实际情况调整治疗方案。 准确、完整地记录顾客的问诊、诊断、治疗及相关医疗记录。 为顾客提供中医养生、健康管理及预防保健方面的专业建议。 与顾客建立良好关系，提供专业、细心及优质的医疗服务。 与治疗师、门店员工及其他医疗人员保持良好配合，确保诊所日常运作顺畅。 确保所有诊疗行为符合新加坡中医管理委员会（TCMPB）及相关法律法规和专业要求。 配合诊所活动、健康教育及完成管理层安排的其他相关工作

Job Requirements

• Must be a registered TCM Physician with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB) with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Recognised qualification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Relevant clinical experience as a TCM Physician is preferred; fresh graduates with the required registration may also be considered .
• Good knowledge of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and common TCM treatment methods.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to consult Mandarin-speaking patients;
• Comfortable working in a retail/clinic environment , including weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• 必须为 新加坡中医管理委员会（TCMPB）注册中医师 ，并持有有效的执业证书（Practising Certificate）。
• 持有受认可的中医学相关学历或专业资格。
• 有中医临床或相关工作经验者优先；具备相关注册资格的优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
• 熟悉 针灸、中药及常见中医治疗方式 。
• 能以 中文/普通话 进行专业问诊及沟通；
• 能适应 诊所/零售行业工作时间 ，并可根据排班于周末及公共假期工作。
