Senior Architectural Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform cross checking between architectural drawings & construction drawings for discrepencies and highlight to Project Manager

Liaise with subcontractors on their works in accordance to design specification and regulations

Attend progress meeting to assist Project Manager in technical and drawing issues

Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to ensure smooth and timely delivery according to site progress

Coordinate with site team and consultants to resolve design discrepencies and issues

Attend site inspection to ensure works conform to drawing specifications

Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.

Strong ability in interpretation of construction drawings

Meticulous and highly motivated, good interpersonal skills
