Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Collect, organise, clean, and analyse data from various business operations. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Analyse sales, inventory, distribution, customer, and operational data. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement using available data. Create and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and data visualisations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide management insights. Assist management in making data-driven business decisions. Identify inconsistencies or errors in data and ensure data accuracy. Work closely with sales, logistics, inventory, and other departments to obtain and analyse relevant information. Perform other data-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, or a related field. Previous experience in data analysis, preferably within a distribution, FMCG, retail, logistics, or related industry. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques. Ability to work with large amounts of data and produce accurate reports. Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
