Group Managers at WirelessCar need to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. As person you are innovative with a strong customer focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility.

This Group Manager position also require a strong background in connectivity, infra and cloud services, in order to support the organisation in the transformation journey towards .

Required Competencies A university degree in engineering or computer science or similar Documented Connectivity, Infra and/or Cloud competence Documented leadership competence Experience from software engineering and agile development (Telematics background preferred) Experience from infrastructure and service operation (Telematics background preferred) Experience from recruitments and people management A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams Strong interest in process improvements Have capacity to execute against set targets and a “can do” attitude Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships Good planning skills Fluent in English - both written and spoken

Role Mission & Context

The Group Managers at WirelessCar are responsible for reaching defined targets by supporting the development of the employees and creating an inspiring climate. This Group Manager position will also include an operational responsibility for one or more teams, supporting them in their daily work. You will manage a group located in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities Lead and take operational responsibility for one or more teams in the infra/cloud service area Responsible for KPI’s and other performance targets in own area Recruitment of new employees Set up and follow objectives Coach and evaluate performance of employees to help them reach their objectives Ensure that employees have supportive environments in which to perform their work Initiate and encourage development for the employees Salary and recognition within company guidelines Communication of information to employees Co-ordinate activities with other parts of the organization and external partners
