SALES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities: Place outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote, sell, and renew Home Service Plans (HSP). Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding billing, scheduling, product features, and service issues. Educate customers on product benefits, coverage, and terms to maximize retention and upsell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and provide first-call resolution whenever possible. Accurately document all interactions in the customer database and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience in sales (inbound/outbound). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a high-volume environment. Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
