Are you Veoneer's new Design Lead

You are able to plan and lead technical projects and product development teams and you can motivate your colleagues and teams. You also have an excellent ability to communicate and interact at all levels internally in a development organization and with external customers. You have a very good ability to create relationships and trust in your interaction with others

To succeed in the role you should have at least 5 years of work experience in system development in roles as a technical project manager and also developer or designer for embedded systems. You have a good engineering experience and high personal integrity with good responsiveness. You like to work strategically and feel comfortable making major technical decisions and delegating work

Probably you have a Master of Science degree with a focus on systems, electronics, software or equivalent. Experience from the automotive industry is meritorious. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English languages As a Technical Leader (Design Lead) at Veoneer, you will drive, plan and follow up on engineering development for our Active Safety products in one or more of our development projects, where you will have the ultimate technical responsibility. Your role is to ensure that our customer requirements and needs are realized so that the products function and quality are optimized both technically and strategically. You will work closely with project management, system engineers, software and hardware developers, production, test teams and our customers to actively push the development forward
