Process Technology Engineer 技術工程師

負責製程優化與改善。 Responsible for process optimization and improvement.

分析產品特性異常及問題，並提出改善方案。 Analyze product characteristic abnormalities and issues, and propose improvement solutions.

優化製程及產品技術。 Optimize manufacturing processes and product technologies.

負責技術單位文件管理、新增及修改。 Responsible for document management, creation, and revision for the technical department.

負責建立產品 BOM 表。 Responsible for creating product BOMs.

監控並調整現場製程參數，以確保生產穩定性及產品品質。 負責試產階段跟線及改善。 Responsible for production line follow-up and improvement during the trial production stage.

負責製作及修改現場 SOP。 Responsible for preparing and revising on-site SOPs.

完成主管交辦之其他事項。 Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: 學歷：專科或大學以上，化學、化學工程、工業工程或其他理工相關科系畢業。Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related science and engineering fields. 具備1 年以上與 CCL（銅箔基板）或 PCB（印刷電路板）相關之製程、生產或研發經驗。Minimum 1 year of experience in process engineering, production, or R&D related to CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) or PCB (Printed Circuit Board). 具備良好的問題分析、判斷及解決能力。Able to analyze and solve problems effectively. 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 等常用辦公軟體。Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software. 具備良好的團隊合作能力，並能與各部門有效溝通與協調。Able to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with various departments. 能配合短期出差或赴國外接受培訓。Willing to travel for short-term business trips or attend overseas training.
