A Proven Leader: Possess 8-12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a managerial capacity.
Real Estate Acumen: Demonstrated experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred, understanding its unique HR challenges and opportunities.
Expertise in HR Domains: Strong command of Human Resources (HR) , Personnel Management , Recruitment , Payroll Management , Hiring , Human Resource Management , Talent Acquisition , and Talent Management .
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective HR Strategy and contribute to overall business objectives.
Compliance & Policy Guru: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in Compliance and HR Policies .
People-Centric Approach: Exceptional skills in Employee Relations , Performance Management , and Workforce Planning .
Educational Background: A relevant Bachelor's degree is expected, with a Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) being a significant advantage.
