Salary: USD 7000 - 8000 per month

Note: Someone who is currently in India but has exp in Nigeria

LATC Marine is seeking an experienced Head - Technical to lead the technical management, reliability, maintenance, and asset integrity of its marine fleet. This is a senior leadership opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in marine engineering, vessel maintenance, dry-docking, and fleet technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead technical management of the marine fleet and ensure vessel seaworthiness and reliability

✅ Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, and technical projects

✅ Drive vessel availability, asset performance, and lifecycle management

✅ Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, classification, flag-state, and statutory requirements

✅ Manage technical OPEX & CAPEX budgets and optimize maintenance costs

✅ Lead technical procurement, vendor management, and contractor performance

✅ Partner closely with Operations to maximize vessel readiness and deployment

✅ Build and develop a high-performing technical team and culture of continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• 8-10+ years of experience in marine engineering, fleet technical management, vessel maintenance, or offshore operations

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing technical operations and vessel maintenance
• Strong experience in dry-docking, asset reliability, marine systems, and technical compliance

• Proven track record in managing budgets, technical projects, vendors, and maritime stakeholders
