We are currently looking for a bright and motivated Customer Service Manager (Danish language) to help us grow in the Danish market: Full time: monday - friday; Part time: saturday - monday.

In this position, you’ll: Advise and assist our clients in choosing the right furniture and resolving day-to-day issues; Understand Customer’s needs and provide guidance in our e-shop; Place orders with manufacturers; Maintain effective communication between logistics/planning, customer service/sales, and production/manufacturing teams.

Requirements

Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in Danish; Strong customer communication skills; Decent English for daily communication with the team and colleagues; A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience; Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person. Experience - you don’t need any experience. We will teach you!

Salary

2200-2650 €/mon. gross

We’re also looking for people who would be willing to work from Saturday to Monday.
