  • Develop and execute Trinity’s roadmap for digital solutions, business applications, and innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and ministry objectives
  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage technology, automation, artificial intelligence, and data to improve ministry effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Application Portfolio & Project Delivery

  • Overseethe lifecycle management of Trinity’s application eco system, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with organisational needs.
  • Lead major software and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

People Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead a multi disciplinary team and build strong partnerships with ministry leaders, department heads, and stakeholders to understand needs, develop solutions, and drive successful adoption of technology initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers to ensure quality delivery, ongoing support, and alignment with organisational objectives.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Oversee technology governance, cybersecurity, application security, and data governance practices to safeguard organisational information assets.
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and risk management frameworks relating to digital solutions, cybersecurity, technology governance, and data protection,including compliance to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. Diploma in related disciplice with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in application systems, software delivery, digital transformation, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, delivering enterprise application projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills/Qualifications/Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of application management, software delivery, project governance, and digital transformation.
  • Good understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, cybersecurity, technology risk management, and PDPA-related controls.
  • A strong desire to serve God in and through the work of the Church.
