English Customer Service Agent

Your tasks

About the Role We are urgently hiring English-speaking sales agents to join our real estate sales team. You will speak with prospective buyers, understand what they need, and guide them to the right property.

• Make and receive calls with prospective clients in English
• Present properties and projects and answer client questions
• Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets
• Follow up with leads and keep client records up to date
• Work with the sales team to deliver results

Requirements

• English level B2+ to C1, spoken and written
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A target-driven mindset and a passion for sales
• Egyptian nationality
• Ability to start immediately (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Previous sales experience
• Call center experience

Education: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome; no degree required.
