  1. Know-How Section

Ensure all bank transactions, revenues, and expenses are recorded daily in the banking system and generate a daily cash position report for senior management.

Direct fund transfers between banks to settle company obligations while maximizing interest income and minimizing overdraft exposure.

Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) & Bank Guarantees (BG) processing, extensions, and amendments, ensuring compliance with banking terms.

Monitor foreign currency inflows from export operations, ensuring funds are properly allocated and hedged.

Negotiate with banks to optimize interest earnings, reduce financial charges, and secure better credit terms.

Evaluate and apply for credit lines, loans, and financial instruments to support business expansion.

Conduct monthly reconciliations for multiple bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Oversee the renewal and management of corporate insurance policies covering fixed assets, vehicles, and employee liabilities.

  1. Problem-Solving Section

Resolve discrepancies related to fund transfers, credit limits, bank charges, and payment delays.

Identify and implement automation tools to enhance treasury operations, reducing manual errors.

Minimize currency exposure risks by hedging against unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions, minimizing compliance risks.

  1. Accountability Section

Ensure daily bank transaction entries and cash flow reports are submitted to management on time.

Monitor and optimize company liquidity, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Comply with all regulatory requirements, including tax, banking, and foreign exchange policies.

Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms.

Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported to the finance team.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or CMA.

5+ years of experience in treasury, banking operations, or financial management.

Strong knowledge of banking operations, cash flow management, and credit facilities.

Experience in handling LCs, BGs, and bank reconciliations.

Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), and Excel financial modeling, pivot tables, macros).

Expertise in investment planning, financial risk management, and foreign exchange strategies.

Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting tools and treasury management systems.
