Lead Solution Architect (3PL)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Warehouse Management System solutions that support operational requirements across multiple regional sites.
• Partner with customers, Operations, IT, and vendors to translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.
• Lead integration between WMS and key platforms including ERP, OMS, TMS, carrier systems, customer platforms, and reporting solutions.
• Design and support integration with automation technologies such as WCS/WES, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, AMRs, and other material handling solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle from solution design and testing through deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Ensure solutions meet architectural standards and requirements for scalability, security, availability, performance, business continuity, and system reliability.
• Support customer solutioning and pre-sales activities while driving technology standardisation, process improvements, digital innovation, and best practices across Contract Logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT
• At least 5 years of experience in 3PL
