HR Generalist with experience in expatriate management, including Payroll/ MINTS SAP preferred.

Our client, a reputable Japanese MNC and leading Engineering company diverse in serving clients in Industries from construction, real estate management, EPC, marine offshore, Oil & Gas.  Job responsibilities Provide support in the full spectrum of HR functions, monthly payroll [including expatriate], CPF contributions, bank submissions, Work pass application and renewal.

Administer employee benefits, insurance, health screening and wellness programmes

Submit IR8A, NS Make-Up Pay and government-paid leave claims

Coordinate training sessions and HR activities.

Job Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

HR Generalist with experience in expatriate management, including Payroll [using MINTS SAP] preferred.
