Senior Leasing Executive (Commercial/Central)

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week. Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)
💰 Salary: Up to $6,400 + AWS + variable bonus (average 2-3 months)
Our client is a real estate asset management organisation in Singapore that manages and oversees commercial properties, focusing on leasing, operations, and tenant management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximize portfolio income by maintaining high occupancy and securing competitive lease terms
- Build strong relationships with tenants, shareholders, and consultants while ensuring lease compliance
- Oversee leasing processes, documentation, and cross-team coordination for smooth operations
- Prepare timely reports and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements
- Collaborate with team members and support development and organizational initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
- Holds a valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence issued by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
