Product Manager

We are looking for a driven Product Manager with strong product ownership and Agile experience to lead product vision, manage backlogs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric digital solutions.

Working Hours: Mon–Fri Location: Central Salary: Up to $9k (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership by defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the key decision-maker for product matters, providing clarity to stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Shape and refine the product vision based on customer feedback, market insights, and evolving business needs.
• Function as Product Owner within Agile teams, partnering with Scrum Masters and engineers to drive effective delivery.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate strong communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Lead and coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders to validate features and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Champion user experience, working closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and customer-focused solutions.
• Apply strong Agile practices, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence is required. CSPO/PSPO certifications or startup experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools.
• Startup experience and CSPO/PSPO certification are advantages.
