Social Compliance Specialist

- Ensure compliance with international social standards and codes of conduct and customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation, records, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans (CAPs) resulting from audit findings and monitor their timely closure.
- Conduct internal compliance assessments and workplace inspections.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports and management updates.
- Support departments in implementing labor, health & safety, environmental, and ethical compliance requirements.
- Deliver awareness sessions and training programs for employees and management on compliance-related topics.
- Monitor changes in applicable regulations, customer requirements, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in social compliance within the garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of social compliance standards
- Experience in managing audits and corrective action plans.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
