Sample Room Planning Specialist (Garment Section)

Plan, coordinate, and monitor all sample development activities to ensure samples are completed accurately and delivered on time in accordance with buyer requirements and development timelines. Optimize sample room capacity, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient workflow from sample request to shipment.

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sample production plans based on buyer priorities and requested delivery dates.

Allocate sample orders to sewing operators based on skills, workload, and production capacity.

Coordinate with Merchandising, Pattern Making, Fabric Store, Accessories Store, Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Washing, and Quality departments to ensure timely availability of all required materials and services.

Identify delays, bottlenecks, or material shortages and propose recovery plans to maintain sample delivery commitments.

Follow up on pending approvals, fabrics, trims, patterns, and technical documents required for sample completion.

Maintain an updated sample tracking system and provide daily status reports to management and the merchandising team.

Coordinate urgent sample requests and adjust planning priorities when necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in garment section.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems.

Very good level of English Language.
