Shop Floor Assistants

Responsibilities:

Attend to customers promptly and provide product information and guidance Assist customers in locating products within the store Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labeled Support restocking and proper display of goods Maintain accurate pricing and tagging of items Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic complaints Work with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe at all times

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage Ability to stand for long hours and assist with light lifting Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong teamwork and work ethic Minimum of SSCE in any related field

Location: Ipaja, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 80,000 monthly
