North West London | £28,000 - £30,000 DOE | Permanent | Monday-Friday An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader to join a growing and ambitious food manufacturing business. This role is ideal for an experienced Team Leader or Senior Line Leader looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced production environment. Working alongside the Production Supervisor, you will lead a small team while supporting the manufacture and packing of high-quality food products. The successful candidate will be hands-on, quality-focused, and passionate about driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small production team Train and develop operators Ensure products are manufactured to specification and quality standards Monitor production performance and KPIs Complete production records and quality checks Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping Support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Previous Team Leader or Senior Line Leader experience within food manufacturing Experience managing teams of 3+ people Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety procedures Basic Microsoft Office skills Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (desirable) What's on Offer: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE Monday-Friday working pattern Career development opportunities within a growing business Supportive and fast-paced working environment Interested?
