Job Summary

You will manage and troubleshoot IT hardware and network systems onsite, ensuring smooth operation and timely maintenance support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution providers to set up and resolve issues with IT systems hardware onsite to ensure operational continuity
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot servers, security devices, and network equipment to maintain system integrity and security
• Diagnose, install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, storage devices, tape libraries, and network switches for reliable IT infrastructure
• Create clear and detailed technical documentation for IT systems and maintenance activities to support knowledge sharing and compliance
• Perform regular maintenance and site testing on FES and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures
• Provide 24/7 standby support to promptly respond to maintenance faults and minimize system downtime

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in IT related field or Degree in Engineering
• Availability to work during wee hours and weekend shifts
• Require to perform physical installation of IT equipment.
