Steel Factory Manager
Oversee the overall operation and management of the steel factory .
Ensure production plans are executed according to approved schedules, production targets, and quality standards .
Manage the factory’s technical and workforce resources and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to achieve required productivity, quality, and delivery targets .
Monitor preventive maintenance programs and ensure the continuous improvement and reliability of machinery and equipment.
Implement and maintain occupational health and safety standards throughout the factory.
Ensure compliance with established operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations .
Monitor factory performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency .
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead, motivate, and develop factory teams to achieve production and operational objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing steel factories, steel manufacturing facilities, or metal structure plants .
Previous experience with major companies or large-scale industrial operations is highly preferred.
Experience in shipyards, shipbuilding companies, or marine steel structures is a strong advantage.
Strong ability to manage large teams and achieve production and quality targets .
Solid experience in production planning, operations management, quality control, and performance improvement .
Good knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements within industrial and manufacturing environments.
Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills .
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
