Entry Level - Accounts Payable ($2,800 to $3,200) #NKC

The Job: Ensure timely and accurate recording of suppliers’ invoices and employees’ claims into ERP system Check the invoices in the Procurement-to-Pay System, Coupa, and ensure all invoices are taken into ERP system Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents Follow up with accrual of expenses incurred by the company where invoices have not been received Process suppliers' payments, including generating payment vouchers, preparing cheques and online payments Participate in the month-end / year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of the closing process Any other tasks assigned by Team Lead / Finance Manager
