IT Support Officer (Cybersecurity, 24/7)

Deliver technical assistance to customers through multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and onsite visits when required. Participate in a 24/7 support environment, working on rotating shifts as scheduled. Investigate and resolve technical problems by identifying root causes and applying appropriate troubleshooting methods. Requirements: Higher Nitec and above Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
