Cook (Japanese Restaurants)

Qualifications:

• Min. 1-3 years of experiences at related fields (Japanese company/restaurant is a plus)
• Good in english
• Expertise in cooking Japanese food Hot Kitchen (Agemono & Alacarde)
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of food safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently with all the kitchen equipment, and collaboration with the team members
• Understanding operating POS system is a plus

Job Description :

• Assist with the dining experience by preparing food according to company recipes, using proper food handling and sanitation techniques, and adhering to food quality standards
• Involve in food preparetion, cooking, and plating creations
• Maintaining food stock and reporting to kitchen leaders
• Do Service to customer & can operating POS
