Job Title: Station Standards Supervisor

Location: Cairo (2 gas stations – 5 minutes apart)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Reports to: Station Manager and Owner

Main Responsibility

Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols of both gas stations.

In the future, he can build and manage his own team if needed.

Key Duties

Make sure the stations are clean and well maintained at all times (grounds, pumps, bathrooms, customer sitting areas, and worker appearance)

Ensure workers follow strict uniform and appearance standards

Ensure workers clean the stations 2 to 3 times per day

Check both stations 2 to 3 times every day using a daily checklist

When something is dirty or not maintained, immediately tell the worker supervisor and the station manager, and follow up until the problem is fixed

Train workers on proper cleaning methods and safety protocols

Check and control cleaning materials and equipment

Ensure all gas station safety protocols are followed

Send a daily written report to the owner

Report to the station manager and the owner

Job Requirements

Experience from zero is acceptable

Previous experience in supervision and station apperance is preferred

Must be very disciplined, strong, and hard (even if it means being strict or tough)

Must be able to work in a very hard-working environment

Must use and follow a daily checklist

At least a college degree
