Security Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry. Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively guide security staff. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure and in emergencies. Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and law enforcement. Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Certification in security management or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a BSC 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
