• Welcome members and visitors with a professional and friendly approach
• Support daily operations and meeting room coordination

• Build strong relationships with members and promote services
• First experience in hospitality, reception, office support or customer service
• Service-minded, proactive and energetic personality
• Strong communication skills in French and English
