Accounting and Finance Manager

Responsible for overseeing the overall accounting and financial operations of the company. Its main duties include preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, planning taxes, controlling costs, and managing the team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee operations: Supervise and manage daily operations in accounting and finance.
• Prepare financial reports: Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other related financial reports for presentation to management.
• Cash flow and cost management: Prepare cash flow reports, manage cash flow efficiently, and control production costs.
• Planning and Taxes: Provide tax planning, tax advice to executives, and ensure accurate and timely tax preparation and filing.
• Risk Management: Helps manage financial risks and alerts management about potential risks.
• Team management: Manage and develop the accounting and finance team to work efficiently.

coordinate: Contact and coordinate with external agencies such as auditors, government agencies, and various financial institutions.

• Responsible for regulations: Ensure that the company's operations comply with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor, master’s degree in accounting. Excellent analytical skills and strong technical knowledge in accounting. 5+ years of experience with manufacturing or chemical business background. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office. Fluent communicate in English.
