RnD Engineer

What’s in store for you: You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. In this role, you’ll: Build new features using Python, LLMs/ML & RAG;

Research new technologies which could be used to improve existing features or create new ones;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the need for new features/technologies;

Bringing cutting edge AI technologies to scraping environments;

Your skills & experience: Proficiency in Python programming language;

Experience building/ fine tuning ML models from scratch;

Experience building RAG/Semantic Search systems;

Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs) and AI application development;

Knowledge of best DataOps practices and tools including version control systems (e.g., Git), Docker, and CI/CD;

Nice to have: Experience with cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS);

Experience building and maintaining Python backend APIs;

Tech stack: Python;

AWS;

LLM SDKs and agentic systems;

Airflow;

Cursor/Claude Code for coding;

Salary & Benefits: Gross salary : 2600 - 5500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
