🌟Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Brooklyn, NY 🌟

📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY (At-home setting) 🧒 Case: 9-year-old male client 🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday (after-school hours) 💰 Pay: $25–$30/hour ⏰ Hours: Flexible part-time availability

✨ What You’ll Do:

🧩 Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting

📊 Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

💬 Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

📝 Collect accurate data and complete session notes using Rethink

🤝 Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team

🌈 Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

📚 Qualifications:

Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we will support you in getting certified!)

Experience working with children preferred

Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance

Comfortable with documentation and session notes

🌍 Bilingual English/Spanish is required
