Senior Social Media Specialist

Develop and manage social media content across all platforms.

Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.

Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interactions.

Develop content ideas that support the company's projects, campaigns, and brand image.

Monitor social media trends and competitors, especially within the real estate market.

Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.

Track engagement, reach, leads, and overall campaign performance.

Support social media campaigns and new project launches.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

3–7 years of experience in Social Media.

Real Estate experience is a MUST.

Strong experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and content calendars.

Strong content writing and communication skills.

Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.

Experience in social media reporting and analytics.

Strong English communication skills.

Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
