Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and annual marketing plans in line with business objectives.

Assist in preparing and monitoring annual marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved budgets.

Coordinate with the Finance Department to track, process, and finalize marketing-related payments and invoices.

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels, coordinating with third-party suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, workflows, and follow-ups to ensure marketing assets are delivered accurately and on time.

Assist in organizing and executing brand events, activations, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.

Ensure all marketing communications and materials consistently follow the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Prepare and maintain regular marketing reports covering campaign performance, marketing activities, budgets, and key initiatives.

Conduct market and competitor research and prepare competitive analysis reports to support marketing decisions.

Design and produce visually appealing marketing materials and brand collaterals for internal communications, presentations, campaigns, and events.

Coordinate with department heads and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop relevant marketing materials.

Maintain an organized archive of marketing assets, campaign materials, supplier information, and marketing documentation.

Support the Marketing Manager in implementing new marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role.

Good understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Experience coordinating with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Experience in event planning, brand activations, and marketing activities.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Good understanding of marketing budgets, invoices, payments, and coordination with Finance.

Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare marketing activity and competitor reports.

Good knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.

Basic graphic design skills and experience creating marketing materials and presentations using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms .

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word .

Experience in the FinTech, Technology, Banking, or Financial Services industry is a plus.
